Manage your first-aid workers with Beepiz

You've probably already heard of first-aid worker? 
It refers to an employee who is trained and certified to intervene effectively in the event of an accident or malaise at work.

But we often don't know who they are, or how to contact them. And yet this can be vital in the event of an accident.

That's the reason Beepiz has created a new feature to help you, with the qualification of first-aid workers on the portal.

This new feature will enable you to :

• manage your first-aid worker employees,
• speed up the handling of an alert,
• guide you in your choice of watchmen.

You can now list your employees with this first-aid worker certification on your Beepiz portal and view them at a glance.

You can also download this list of certified employees, with or without the useful numbers, so that you can print it out and display it on your office premises. It's so helpful!

So you don't miss any more card renewals, the list displays their status: validated, expiring soon (in less than 3 months) or expired. 

Plus, your lone workers can contact these first-aiders directly from their Beepiz application.

Whether or not they are on watch, all they have to do is click on the directory icon on the home screen (bottom left), select the person they want to contact and call them directly.
